Payment Posting
MARS incorporates a
sophisticated payment-posting module that allows users to quickly, easily
and accurately post any payments received. They can choose specific criteria
for selecting an existing outstanding invoice item before applying the payment.
The payments are then automatically posted to proper GL accounts through a
complete set of rules that determine the proper accounting treatment. This
module also has built in checks to prevent double posting of payments,
and detection of over / under payments.

Import Data From External Systems
