RBBS is a rules based billing system that allows the administrator to create and maintain the
business rules that reflect complex contract information that is used to calculate product billing amounts.
RBBS is built on our proven rules-based engine architecture. RBBS allows
the billing administrators - not computer programmers – to create and maintain the billing rules that drive the product billing process.
Unlike most other transaction-based billing systems, RBBS allows your company to decide the
appropriate user area (be it production, finance or other) - not necessarily the Information Technology department.
Using RBBS, the billing group is no longer dependent on external factors when evaluating
and implementing new product pricing schemes.
To fully support the deployment of the Billing calculation system the RBBS application functionality includes:

Human Resources, and Enterprise Data Warehouses.
