MCCR’s Quality Information Tracking System (QITS)
allows you to manage all aspects of the quality process. Actively encouraging and managing the quality improvement

QITS is much more than the old fashion suggestion box that
sits by the water cooler. When used as part of an organizational wide quality program,
QITS logs all ideas from initial input, through the various steps of review and
approval, execution, implementation and post-implementation tracking.
QITS
tracks the life cycle of a suggestion and retains a history of the suggestion for statistical and reporting purposes.
QITS allows feedback once the program has been implemented to track the success of the program against
original estimates. Awards can be given to individuals or to the entire team that participated on the program.
QITS includes a set of basic management reports
that can be requested via the web and e-mailed in PDF format to the requestor. Our QITS license also
includes our background processor/scheduler (BTP) that handles reporting and other batch-type processing requests.
