RBCS is a rules based compensation system that allows the administrator to create business rules to credit transactions to sales representatives or sales teams and subsequently calculate commission.

RBCS is built on our proven rules-based engine architecture. RBCS allows the compensation plan administrators - not computer programmers – to create and maintain the pay plan rules that drive the sales compensation process. When coupled with our Sales Compensation On-Line Reporting (SCOR) system RBCS provides a comprehensive business solution to today’s compensation plans making compensation administration efficient and easy.

Unlike most other performance-based compensation systems, RBCS allows your company to decide the appropriate user area (be it sales, finance or other) - not necessarily the Information Technology department. Using RBCS, the sales organization is no longer dependent on external factors when evaluating and implementing new sales compensation plans.

The RBCS software also includes a complete "What If" area that allows the sales incentive group to alter existing and create new pay plan scenarios that are isolated from the day to day production environment.
