The Rules Based Modeling Facility RBMF® is the heart of MCCR’s suite of applications.
RBMF®‘s architecture employs client-server technology with an open database connectivity
common interface, ensuring compatibility with any SQL – compliant database engine.
New business templates, containing hundreds of data components, can be deployed without utilizing any programming resources.
RBMF® maximizes user maintainability throughout. It operates on the concept of a set of
business rules (“rule set”) together with date-sensitive rate structures (“rate plan”) to produce results.
