Business Process Mapping

Process mapping brings key end-users together with experienced business analysts to identify and map those business processes that are critical to your business.

During any project engagement, as part of our requirements assessment, MCCR may incorporate process mapping sessions to establish “as-is” process flows and, using these as a baseline, create “should-be” processes.

MCCR has an established history of analyzing and understanding our clients’ existing business systems and processes. Taking a “hands-on” approach, MCCR learns and documents the business needs and goals and the business processes currently in place that support these goals. MCCR then works with the customer to either fine tune the current processes and/or offer options to redefine the processes to maximize efficiency and use of resources.
